Midcare has been developed specifically to meet the requirements for safe use in self-treatment at the patient's home. The laser radiation only starts when it is applied with light pressure in contact with the skin. The laser is designed to be ergonomic during self-treatment with several different grip options and the angled front piece has been developed to facilitate treatment of different parts of the body. The materials have been chosen with care to create a high-quality product.

1. Laser apparatus/Laser diodes
The laser diodes are placed in an arc to improve the contact between the laser aperture and the body and provide optimal penetration of laser light into the tissue.

2. Powder coated aluminium
The powder-coated aluminum front piece and the anti-reflective treated lenses ensure long-term use and cleaning without deterioration.

3. Feedback/Light indication
A semi-transparent ring glows with blue light to clearly show when the laser light is activated. Feedback is also given in the form of sounds that indicate when enough laser energy has been given and it is time to switch to a new treatment point.

4. Concave grip
The concave groove along the body of the laser housing makes it comfortable to hold and makes it easier to grip it in different ways.

5. Screw for battery change
Midcare is powered by 6 replaceable AAA batteries with a battery life of three treatment hours.
