Click the button below and follow the instructions to start a service case with us. A big advantage of creating a service case is that the calibration will be prioritized and when the product arrives to us you will receive a confirmation that we have received it.

Pack the product well so that it can handle the transport without being damaged.
To think of
Packages addressed to be picked up at an agent are charged 150 SEK. Preferably do not send packages that are to be collected at an agent.
How long will it take?
Normally, a repair is returned within 10 working days. If you send the package so we have to pick it up at an agent, it takes an extra 4 working days.
Warranty conditions
Conditions during the warranty period (normally within 1 year).
Warranty repairs are free. The guarantee does not apply if the product has for example got dropped on the floor. The customer pays the shipping to us and we pay the shipping to the customer.
Conditions after the warranty period (normally after 1 year)
After the warranty period, costs are charged according to the type of the fault. Cost estimate for repair is free.
