Vehicle scale BPPCE EVO

The BPPCE EVO series features metal scales with a modular and robust design, specifically engineered for vehicle weighing. Available in two configurations, either as a single cubicle or standard cubicle, the innovative design of the BPPCE EVO scales minimizes flexion optimally.

Modules

• Profiles: IPE-240, IPE-200, and IPE-180
• Headboards: 15 mm thick handrails
• Surface: Tear sheet of 6/8 mm on modules and flat sheet of 8 mm on registers

Transport

The modular structure simplifies transport and assembly. The design of the modules and headboards allows any BPPCE EVO scale to fit into a 20-foot OPEN TOP container.

Finish

The scales are coated with polyurethane paint in blue (RAL 5004). Screws are galvanized with a quality rating of 8.8, except for auxiliary screws smaller than M14.

Beam and Headboard Connection

The scale consists of cross headboards housing the load cells (2 cells per headboard) and modules that are 1500 mm wide, inserted in pairs between the headboards. The length of the modules varies based on the scale's dimensions.

Access to Load Cells and Weight Measurement

Load cells and limit access are facilitated from the scale area through sheets screwed to the headboards. Limits are located at the four corners of the scale. Weight is collected via analogue compression cells, with the option to adapt to other types of load cells upon request.

Display and Customization

The weight display and available operations depend on the indicator, tailored to customer requirements.
